Pricing FAQ
The straight answers.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, with no card required: 5 tender analyses and 1 complete AI-drafted response. When the trial ends, choose Scout or Pro to keep using TenderScout.
What counts as an analysis?
One run of Scout over a tender’s documents: it extracts the requirements, rates them, flags the landmines and checks the tender for blockers. Browsing the feed, alerts and buyer intel never uses an analysis.
Does Scout include AI drafting?
No, drafting is on Pro. If you didn’t use the trial’s 1 draft, it is still there for you on Scout.
Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, on Pro and during your trial, through MCP. The connection is read-only: your assistant can look up your tenders, requirements and buyers. Letting it take actions in TenderScout is coming soon. Scout does not include connectors.
Can I manage several businesses?
Yes, on every plan. Keep a separate business profile for each business you bid for; matches, analyses and drafts stay with their profile.
How do I change or manage my plan?
From Plan & billing in your account. Payments and subscription changes are handled through Stripe’s billing portal; prices are in Australian dollars, billed monthly.
